NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES :
Unless there are any issues with your order, such as a damaged/missing product, I will not be providing returns. I will only allow cancellations of orders within 24 hours of ordering. Beyond that, I must be provided with a reason and proof for your cancellation. Please note that bigcartel does not have the option to refund orders. If you get a refund, I may mark your order as shipped to get the notification out of my list, but you will NOT receive an item.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Firstly, I'd like to note that all keychains I currently sell will have a plastic film on at least one side of the charm. If you notice any scratches upon receiving your charm, please be sure to remove the plastic film before contacting me.
In case you receive a damaged merch item, one that is not the result of the scratched plastic film, please be sure to contact [email protected] IMMEDIATELY with photo proof of the damage. Depending on the severity of the damage and what it was caused by, you may receive a free or discounted replacement package.
LOST PACKAGES:
In case your order does not arrive within 1 month (USA/Canada) or 2 months (International) please contact me through the contact form and we can work things out from there. Depending on the situation, I may provide a refund, a replacement package, or other appropriate alternative.
However, if the package is missing due to your error, such as typing in the incorrect shipping address, I will not be providing a replacement package. If your address has a chance of changing within the next 1 month of your order date, PLEASE be sure to leave a note at checkout so I ship it to the correct address.
PREORDERS :
Please wait for a minimum of 2 MONTHS for ANY preorder items to arrive, as they haven't been produced yet. Contacting me will not speed up this timing, as I am already doing what I can to produce them in a reasonable timeframe.

Here is the usual timeline:
1 - 2 weeks = Preorders are open for purchase
1 week = Waiting for digital proofs and approving them for production
3 weeks - 1 month = Merch Items are in production
1 - 2 weeks = Merch Items ship to me (from China to Canada)
1 - 2 weeks = I receive and inspect the merch. The items then get shipped out to you
1 week (USA/Canada) - 2 months (International) = Your merch package arrives!!!
NAMING:
In case you go by a different name or alias than the one listed with the address, please feel free to leave it in the order notes. For example, I prefer being referred to as Rai on the internet!

Q: When will my package arrive?
A: This will depend on two factors: Whether the items is a *preorder* or *in-stock* item, and whether the item is *paperlike* or *bulky*. Preorder items will begin shipping to you in around 2 months because the items have not been produced yet. In-stock items begin shipping within 1 week, as I already have the items on hand and do not need to await production. Paperlike products are shipped via lettermail, and can range from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on location. Bulky products include tracking and are more expensive, thus tend to ship faster, in about 2 weeks (USA/Canada) to 4 months (international) at the longest.
Q: Do you have ______ in stock? Will you restock ______ item?
A: In most cases, I have additional stock I don't list online for cons, my secondary shop and more. If you really want a specific item, feel free to email me and I'll let you know if I have extras on hand!
Outside of popular items, I tend not to reprint most items more than 2 times. Now that I'm approaching my 3rd year in business, it's just not possible to stock everything I've ever made. However, if there's enough interest for certain items, I may consider restocks or a redesign of them in the future!
